Method 1 of 2: Effect
1. Open Audacity in your PC.
2. Record a short background audio, without your voice, we can call it "noise"
3. Select the audio part that does not include your voice. In this case, select "Noise".
4. Go to the tab "Effect", "Noise removal" and click on the button named "Get Noise Profile"
5. Record another speech or a sample audio with your voice
6. Select the whole Audio that you have recorded.
7. Go to the tab "Effect", "Noise Removal" but this time, adjust the "Noise Reduction" to around 23, "Sensitivity" to -3, and "Frequency Smoothing" to 300.
8. Click on "Review" to check whether the noise has been removed. If yes, click "OK" to finish it.
